- Memory storage: Our brain sorts and stores memories like files in a folder.
- Growth: Our body releases special helpers (hormones) to make us grow and strong.
- Energy recharge: We get the energy we need to run around and have fun the next day.
That's why sleep is very important for our bodies and brains.
