792 - What should you do if you feel pain while jogging?

If you feel pain while jogging, stop immediately. Don't try to 'tough it out' or keep jogging as that can make it worse.

Next steps: 1. Stretch the area that hurts. 2. Apply ice if possible (after asking a parent or guardian). 3. Tell a parent, guardian, or teacher about the pain. 4. Rest and avoid jogging for a while until the pain goes away.

It's always better to be safe and avoid making the pain worse.
