Clean drinking water is very important for our health. Our bodies are made up of about 60% water, so we need water to:

  1. Stay hydrated (not thirsty or feeling sick).
  2. Make our muscles and organs work properly.
  3. Help get rid of the bad stuff we eat or breathe in.
  4. Keep our skin healthy and looking good.

If we drink dirty water, it can have yucky things like germs, bacteria, or chemicals that can make us very sick. So, always drink clean, filtered, or boiled water to stay healthy and strong.
