348 - How do different species interact in an ecosystem?

In an ecosystem, different species interact with each other in various ways. There are three main types of interactions:

  1. Predator and Prey: One species (the predator) hunts and eats another species (the prey) for food. For example, lions eat zebras.
  2. Friendship (Symbiosis): Two or more species help each other out. For example, clownfish live among sea anemones, which protect them from predators.
  3. Competition: Species compete for the same food, water, or space. For example, rabbits and deer compete for grass and plants in a forest.

These interactions help keep the ecosystem balanced and healthy.
