Bacteria play many helpful roles in our bodies. Some of their important tasks include:

- Fighting off bad germs: Good bacteria can help fight off bad germs that can make us sick.
- Helping with skin and gut feelings: They can even affect how we feel and think by making special chemicals that help us feel sad or happy.
So, bacteria are like tiny superheroes that live inside and on our bodies, helping us stay healthy and strong!
