211 - What is a magnetic field?

Imagine you have a magnet, and you put it near some paper clips. The paper clips will move towards the magnet, right? That's because the magnet is creating an invisible force around it, called a magnetic field.

Think of it like a bubble around the magnet that pulls on other magnets or metal objects. The magnetic field is what makes the magnet's power work, even when you can't see it.
