207 - How do simple machines make work easier?
Simple machines are tools that make it easier for us to do work by changing the force or direction of movement. They help us lift, pull, or move objects in a way that uses less effort.
Imagine you're trying to move a heavy box up the stairs. Without a simple machine, it would be really hard to lift the box all the way up. But with a simple machine like a ramp, you can push the box up more easily.
Simple machines like levers, pulleys, wheels, and inclined planes (or ramps) all work in similar ways. They help us use less force to move or lift heavy objects, making our work easier.
