1712 - What are the basic conservation laws that fundamental interactions follow?

In physics, there are four fundamental interactions: Gravity, Electromagnetism, the Strong Nuclear Force, and the Weak Nuclear Force. These interactions follow three basic conservation laws:

  1. Conservation of Energy: Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred from one form to another.
  2. Conservation of Momentum: The total momentum before an interaction is the same as the total momentum after the interaction.
  3. Conservation of Charge: The total amount of electric charge before an interaction is the same as the total amount of electric charge after the interaction.

These laws help us understand how the universe works and how particles interact with each other.
