1646 - What is a functional theorem?
A functional theorem, explained simply, is a mathematical statement that says how something works or what it does.
Imagine you have a machine. A functional theorem for that machine would describe what the machine does, what inputs it takes, and what outputs it gives you.
For example, if you put in 3 apples, the theorem would say what will come out, like 3 apple pies. So, it helps us understand how things work and make predictions.
