137 - How do animals communicate with each other?
Animals communicate with each other in many ways, just like how we use words to talk to each other. Here are some examples:
Body Language: Animals use body movements to communicate. Like how a dog wags its tail to say "I'm happy" and how a cat arches its back to say "Stay away".
Sounds and Calls: Animals use sounds to communicate. Birds chirp, dogs bark, monkeys screech, and dolphins click.
Smell: Animals have a strong sense of smell and use it to communicate. Dogs sniff each other's poop to know who's who, and animals use special scents to mark their territory.
Electrical Signals: Some animals like electric fish send electrical signals to each other to communicate.
Vibrations: Animals like elephants stomp on the ground to create vibrations, kind of like texting each other.
Color Changes: Some animals like chameleons change color to communicate. They can change color to say "I'm scared" or "I'm happy".
So, animals are like us, they just use different ways to communicate and understand each other.
