125 - Why do we have to drink water?

Our body is made of about 60% water, and it's essential for many things. Drinking water helps us:

  1. Stay cool (by sweating)
  2. Give our body energy
  3. Keep our skin, hair, and eyes healthy
  4. Move food through our body (digestion)
  5. Get rid of waste and bad stuff we don't need.

If we don't drink enough water, we might feel tired, thirsty, or even get headaches. So, drinking water is super important for our body to work properly.
