1169 - What is sunlight composed of?
Sunlight is made up of many different things, but mainly it's composed of light and heat, along with some other things like:
- Visible light (all the colors we can see like red, blue, and green)
- Ultraviolet (UV) rays (which can give us sunburns)
- Infrared (IR) rays (which we feel as heat)
- X-rays and other forms of energy, but these are very small amounts.
These all come together to give us the sunlight we see and feel every day.
